Every time I open a new book, it is like sitting down to Thanksgiving dinner at a new friend's home. Sometimes you finish your meal wishing you had room for another bite or two and sometimes you have a bite or two and realize your friend can't cook!

While I read a wide variety of genres, my favorite is fantasy. I read both adult and YA fantasy. For those rolling their eyes about YA, the only real difference I have found is that those books don't rely on sex scenes to carry the story.
I will only do a review when a story is complete or at least well on its way. When I finish a stand-alone book, I will review it. For books that are part of a set (Duology, Trilogy), I will review after I have read the last book. For the ongoing series, I will read at least three books before reviewing. First books are often great but then the story falls flat in a rush to publish the rest or worse they are never published!
